For clients who search for a total project management solution:

• We can deliver a start-to-finish package, typically beginning with developing the project objectives and programming the project requirements, then forming the project team, selecting designer and contractor and finally manage and coordinate them in the successful delivery of your project.

• For clients who search for a lucrative real estate project, we can begin a step ahead and identify and evaluate investment opportunities according to our client’s profile, background, availability of funds and market trends.


For clients who are already involved in a project, and have selected already a designer:

• We can take over the leading management and coordination of the project. As project leaders we take responsibility for advising on the overall project strategy, manage the tender process etc, while all the project agreements and appointments are made directly with you.

• Additionally our team can be called in to monitor progress during specific project phases or to evaluate situations by offering expertise. This can range from strategic advice to the delivery of specialists focused on adding value to your business.

A comprehensive scope of work could be as follows:

Identification:
